Following higher education, Mark studied for various Microsoft accreditations in Canary Wharf. He has held the position of IT Manager in a large financial services company, gaining broad and valuable experience running a diverse IT department for the successful local firm.

Neal qualified from Bournemouth University with an honours degree in Business Information Systems Management. Prior to HBS, Neal previously worked in the programme management department of a major mortgage lending bank
